WK-Series Safety Weighing Cabinets from 4 more Labor®: Precision and Safety for Demanding Weighing Processes

With the WK-Series, 4 more Labor® introduces a new generation of safety weighing cabinets that combine precise weighing conditions with reliable operator protection. The systems are specifically designed for demanding laboratory applications where reproducible results and the safe handling of substances are equally essential.

The WK-Series weighing cabinets combine a vibration-isolated weighing workstation with integrated airflow safety technology. A solid weighing platform made of granite or marble, mounted in a robust steel frame, provides optimal conditions for analytical balances with a resolution of up to 0.1 mg and minimizes disturbing vibrations during the weighing process.

A specially developed fresh air curtain technology ensures controlled airflow within the working chamber and captures particles and hazardous substances directly at the point of origin. In addition, an integrated deflection panel stabilizes the airflow and prevents disturbance of sensitive weighing samples. The airflow design complies with DIN EN 14175-3, ensuring reliable protection for both operator and product.

Thanks to its modular design, the weighing cabinets can be flexibly adapted to different laboratory requirements. Various work surfaces, optional ionization and additional equipment options allow individual configuration for a wide range of applications.
